Mr. Jones listens very carefully to the details of your legal situation, and doesn't give an opinion until he fully understands the case. After he decided that action was indIcated, and I gave him the go ahead, he successfully resolved the problem. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

I hired Bryce in October 2019 and by early January 2020, I paid him a total of $35,000.00. He never filed any of the complaints I hired him to construct. Three complaints. Zero filed. One excuse after another. He nonchalantly informed me one day that he was transitioning to a new firm, as a shareholder, 9 months after hiring him. Explained I was in his top 5 clients and that he would not have gone over if my conflict checks didn't pan out. Meanwhile the "firm" he transitioned to specialized in insurance. Something I had no need for. But he thought it would be great for me. Needless to say I fired him on November 12, 2020 and have yet to receive my complete file. Now I see that Bryce is back in business at the very firm I hired him at. I guess it didn't work out at the other firm as shareholder or perhaps it was all part of his plan....to leave me hanging. Do NOT hire Bryce. He's caused me nothing but grief and a whole lot of money for NOTHING! NO, actually, he's made matters worse.

retained this attorney after receiving a mailer to represent me in an action involving a commercial landlord which tied into a Chapter 11 case involving a company who I am the CEO and principal shareholder. After an unfavorable decision on a motion in which the other parties engaged in substantial wrongdoing, I contacted this attorney to assist on a time of the essence matter. I relied on this representations that he could handle the matter and paid him a $5000 retainer. Suffice is to say, I quickly bought him up to speed with the facts of the case, assisted him with the relevant case law, and even drafted a detailed declaration of the facts which precipitated the matter, to submit to the court before the deadline- which he never did. Instead of filing the appropriate relief action to preserve the rights of the business, which was what he was retained for, he wrote a letter to the court and arranged a conference call which had zero legal effect and wasted the opportunity. With limited knowledge of the legal issues he proceeded to give legal explanations which I realized were blatantly incorrect. To make matters, he refused to answer a few legal questions I had afterwards on a general matter which would have taken 10 minutes and instead spent over an hour texting me and complaining that I needed to pay him another $5000 despite already screwing up the prior matter. Instead he directed me to contact the pro se desk to obtain answers. I ended up performing the legal research on my own and drafting the legal response before the deadline. The next day he emailed me an abrasive letter complaining it was my fault about his legal judgement where he could have been sanctioned. A few weeks later I contacted him to remind him that he needed to file a notice of appeal to preserve my right which I lost as result of his failure to correctly act on my behalf the first. For the second time, he bailed out which forced me to draft the appeal myself and file it on my own before the court. To make matters worse, I lost the appeal because Mr. Jones did not timely file notice pursuant to the Judge's written decision. Apparently Mr. Jones was legally obligated to represent to perform this 5 minutes task because the court did not relieve him as my personal counsel . As an experienced business owner, I have worked with many attorneys on complex legal matters. I have never experienced a situation where in my opinion an attorney deliberately went out of his way to avoid his duties. As a result of Mr. Jones conduct, I have suffered injury and I believe this conduct is sanctionable. I have since engaged new counsel to try to undo what this attorney did.

JR Skrabanek and his crew did an amazing job for me and my family. JR was able to get us dismissed as defendants from a lawsuit. Forever grateful that i came across them. Huge weight off our shoulders. Very professional and great to work with. Will definitely recommend and keep on file for any future legal matters.

I am very happy, so far, with Bryce and his legal team. He's honest, compassionate and knowledgable. I first met met Bryce and JR Skarabank three weeks after retaining their services in the lobby of a hospital after a terrible ordeal. It was so nice JR took the ride with Bryce. I could tell they must be good guys. I look forward to working with Bryce to achieve my goal in exposing unethical, fraudulent attorneys and a lying, cheating partner.

I engaged this lawyer who convinced me to be up for the task on contingency despite filling mistakes with the SDNY and other lack of competence I kept relying on him and even guiding him toward the case laws and helped him, yes he is honest enough to admit he does not have allot of litigation experience per se , yet as soon as things gets dicey he caves, he seems in my humble opinion to be scared of other litigators, which is a bad thing for NY litigation, and has a large turn over of lawyers, and when he does' t understand a case or a legal issue in my experience he becomes aggressive and feisty , as soon as the case got more than he bargained for he ran and resigned for no good cause. we agreed on all the points the strategy the issues but he claims after he took the case that it made no more economical sense which is now detrimental to me and costly. it is unethical immoral and probably sanction able, more to come... stay tune.
