She helped me fully understand the process, , was able to breakdown complex matters while advocating persuasively on my behalf. Carla Barone and her associate Morgan willingly and expertly took on my case when other law firms I had already spoken to spoke of uphill battles. Carla and Morgan were always available by phone and email. They were open minded and professional, especially in comparison to other law firms. They were always willing to hear my concerns and help me frame what happened in a way that was honest, legal but most importantly beneficial to my case. They also told me when I was not correct in some assumptions and what was legally available to me. I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone for a family law issue and while I hope I do not have to retain their services again, I would not hesitate to do so.

My sister had a very difficult case in which she had to prove her innocence against the word of two highly decorated police officers. She was offered a plea deal numerous times, but repeatedly turned it down because she hadn’t done anything wrong. Her refusal to accept the plea did not make the judge over the case happy as my case wasn’t very important. But my sister was being railroaded and wasn’t about to take a plea. David Cohen stuck by me the entire time, and his line of questioning of the two officers destroyed their credibility and I was acquitted on both charges!! Awesome attorney!
