This is my first time working with Lawyer Victor and I'm impressed with the result. His communication with a client is superb! I got a ticket for disobeying a traffic sign in The Bronx of which I didn't even see the sign and there wasn't any pavement marking also, so I was left with two options either to plead guilty and pay the ticket with "2 points on my license" or give it a try by giving the case to a Lawyer. Upon a recommendation from a relative, I gave the case to Lawyer Victor A. Bernace. I got the ticket dismissed yesterday. With great emphasis, I recommend him to anyone because his rates are affordable, and have a very effective communication style.

I received a speeding ticket he was able to resolve the ticket with no points on my license. I didn't have to appear in court. Very happy with his service

Additionally, he won my case and sent me the notes he prepared in order to do so! I would give him ten stars if I could!

My case tool a while to get resolved due to the pandemic but after all the wait I got a victory thanks to victor i highly recommend him

Victor has gone above and beyond my expectations. 2017 was a bad year for me, received two tickets back to back and I was in need of a lawyer. I can appreciate the straightforwardness and honesty of Victor. Victor made the proccess effortless. He always kept me up to date with how the proccess worked and was upfront with what can happen. But luckily he pulled a rabbit out the hat and had my two 3 year old tickets dismissed and I was found not guilty. Saving me Time ,Money and my peace of mind. AMAZING LAWYER!!! I chose Victor after pricing around and speaking with 3 other attorneys - He was the cheapest by far!! (and based on my phone interviews, REALLY knew his business. We met in the court and he was super professional - gave me advice to ask for a postponement (and did not charge me since he thought we would have a better chance with another judge) and then ended up representing me without me there! He had great follow up, professionalism. and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!

His pricing is unmatched. Victor really made me at ease and was very truthful which i appreciated due to this being a violation that could potentially suspend my license.
