I went to Victor with 3 traffic tickets and he worked and fought very hard to get them dismissed. I still can’t believe that all 3 tickets were dismissed. I promised him that I wouldn’t get any more tickets!! Lol But I highly recommend him to all in need!! He is very knowledgeable, smart, friendly and humble!! I am forever grateful to Victor Bernace!!

Mr. Bernace did a fantastic job for me. We had a scheduled 15-minute phone consultation and he called exactly on time. He listened intently and explained well, giving me no assurances but was reassuring at the same time. He took notes of our conversation and used those notes at trial to argue an obscure part of the law most people would never know based on a unique interaction I had with the police officer when I was pulled over. The verdict was not guilty and my ticket was dismissed. Kudos!

My son received a speeding ticket on his way home from college. Knowing that trying to plead a ticket in the city of NY is useless, and facing fines and significant points on his license I decided to hire a traffic lawyer. I searched the interne t for one and came upon Victor Bernace. Read the reviews and decided to contact him. He called me back shortly after I left him a message and explained as I already knew that NYC does not plea tickets and that we can hope that the officer does not show up in court (which he said was unlikely because they do get paid to show up in court) or maybe the ticket will get dropped on a technical issue. Through the entire process Victor was in contact with us by e-mail or phone explaining the next steps (postponement, etc) I pretty much thought that in the end we were postponing the inevitable and the ticket would have to paid and the points would be posted. To my surprise I received an e-mail from Victor informing me that my son's ticket was dismissed and that the case was closed. It was truly a wish come true. Yes, I would hire Victor, not because he performs miracles, but because he is professional and honest. He never told us that he would definitely get my son's ticket dismissed, he was very honest on the steps he would take and the possible conclussions.

I first reached out to Mr. Bernace for advise and ended up hiring him. I felt he had my best interest at heart and regardless of the outcome, he would've given me a fighting chance. I live out of state. My case went on for over 3 years due to postponements on behalf of the court/staff. Each time Mr. Bernace appear in court to represent me in my absence.
