I hired Mr. Hershey-Webb during the Pandemic for a Landlord/tenant issue. He was disorganized, overcharged for his work, and did not resolve my problem. Once i hired him, it took him at least a month to work on my case. I found him to be arrogant and uncaring. I did fire him because I did not feel he was helping me and just using my time to bill me.

We didn't meet DHW at his best. He took hours wasting our time and his to decide we had no case. We went to another lawyer who won our case in less time than David took to say he felt we did not have a case. We were so shocked that Himmelstein would employ such a lawyer and the experience even made us doubt Himmelstein himself.

David Hershey-Webb was fantastic. So glad I worked with him. He won me much more than I'd even thought was possible at the start of my case, and his fees ended up being tiny by comparison.

Hired David Hershey-Webb to deal with a lease issue. Had ended my lease due to lack of access for the disabled. Landlord refused to comply with me needs and refused to terminate the lease. David resolved the issue within a few days and was able allow me to terminate the lease and get the majority of my security.

This was the first time either of us ever needed to hire an attorney. We were pleased that a friend recommended David Hershey-Webb to represent us in a contentious battle with our inappropriately controlling coop board.
