I had been wanting to do estate planning for quite a while nd had no idea on how to get started and what to do. I hit the jack pot when I found Linda Amato. Not only is she knowledgeable and very professional but she had gone above and beyond what I paid for, which was more than reasonable.

Ms. Amato was the third elder-law, estate planning lawyer with whom I consulted. Happy am I that I continued my search until I found her. I thought my will would be straight forward, but her expertise and careful analysis of my situation proved otherwise. She crafted an instrument that addressed all my needs, even ones I had not anticipated. Ms. Amato, experience as an elder-lawyer and knowledge of the ins and outs of elder law became immeasurably helpful to me. Her work is meticulous. Ms, Amato is not only professional, she is patient and kind as she walked me through what information I needed. The final result is a three ringed binder which includes various needed schedules, lists and estate planning documents, a copy of my will and all other estate documents/ health care documents, as well as my power of attorney . For a long time, I was searching for an attorney that I felt comfortable with and that in opinion was knowledgeable in the arena of estate planning, wills and trusts. I was more than pleasantly surprised when not long ago I attended a seminar presented by Ms. Amato at a local church in my community. In consultation with Linda Amato, we reconsidered and defined those legal documents tailored to best serve me in my lifetime, and, also ultimately, would ease the responsibilities of those, who would inherent my estate. Linda and her team efficiently created for me a Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Will, Certificate of Trust, Durable of Power of Attorney, Gift Rider, as well as all Health Care Documents. Whatever questions I had during the preparation of those documents were answered promptly and thoroughly. I sleep better knowing that I have been able to tackle those end-of-life concerns, addressed in these all-important legal documents, through the expertise and prompt follow-through of the highly professional, responsive services of Amato Law.

I went to see Ms. Amato for Estate Planning I wanted to get all my affairs in order. (Wills,advanced directives and etc.).Ms. Amato guided me in the right direction and made suggestions that would benefit me. She walked me through each step,she was patient answered all my questions. I hired Linda to help me with my estate planning, including transferring all of my assets into a revocable trust, establishing power of attorney, healthcare proxy, and other related matters. I had put off handling these things because although I'm young and healthy, I was uncomfortable thinking about and dealing with such potential end-of-life issues and scenarios.
