Chris Gafner was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout my spouse's K-1 fiancee visa application process. With his help, our application was approved in record time. While it might be possible to undertake such an application by your own efforts, there are many pitfalls and we found the peace of mind gained from retaining Chris during what could otherwise have been a much more stressful experience to be well worth it.

Excellent experience -- would certainly recommend him to anyone. Mr. Gafner helped with my citizenship application. He knew all the details of the process and carefully walked me through the steps on the first consult. In fact, if you look at the writings on his website, you will see that his knowledge on immigration matters is incredible. Also, he was able to do the bulk of the communication via email which was very important for me. He responded to all my emails promptly, often within a few hours. He provided reminders of each appointment.

Mr Gafner Made a big Mistake On my mothers CASE so I wouldn't Trust him. He himself waved an Appeal HOW can you do that and then told her there is a possibility home land secrity could be picking her up at any min. NOW does that sound like a man who knows what he is doing. IF I have to take this to Eyewitness News and sue I will. He cant speak. He wont speak and he will take your money and tell you to Go find another Lawyer and that's what HE DID. MY MOTHER IS ALL I HAVE AND BECAUSE OF HIM SHE MIGHT BE GOING Back to the Country which she knows nothing about and if I die tomorrow she wont be able to come into the Country. This Crime happen way back in 76 so why is my mother going back to her country. Don't Ask Mr. Gafner Because he will tell you I DON'T KNOW. To tell you the truth I don't think he knows ANYthing and I feel sorry for the people that go to him. My mother is a black Panamanian maybe that had something to do with it. I don't know So you take her MONEY drop her and tell her to go find another Lawyer WHAT!!!!!!. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT what are you on.... True story I swear to God..... SMH I really don't like this man. He knows Nothing when it comes to Criminal Law
