Everything was going well. Then I received an email asking me the same questions the representative had already asked me. I answered the email. Do not know why they would email the same questions I was asked over the phone. Otherwise the representative was kind. The phone call was rather quick considering she did gather a lot of information.

Jen was a pleasure to speak with. She answered the few questions I had and explained everything in detail. Very professional and courteous.

The lady was very nice and informative. She's made herself available for any questions

I was actually looking up Calfresh on the web and found myself answering a series of unrelated questions. I was absolutely heartbroken and felt I had poisoned my children by taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen during and after pregnancy. Even giving it to my youngest daughter to this day. I immediately felt so guilty and shock has not left me still. I am still trying to wrap my head around all of this. Frank Jalandoon was so so patient with me, assured me a call back if we lost touch. I feel like God above sent Frank because my youngest has been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol for headaches. Now I'm throwing out every pill I can find.
