I worked with Queen to start the intake process and she was phenomenal. She made sure all of my questions/concerns were answered. As an intake specialist, she took great care in making sure I knew all of the next steps and where I am in the process. Since I am early in the process I have not worked with the attorneys; however I am hopeful they all conduct themselves in an empathetic, professional manner since Queen Desamparado set that tone for me.
