I am extremely disappointed with Sherman & Ticchio PLLC. After reaching out to them regarding my case, I was left waiting for days without any follow-up. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a law firm that actually values your time and keeps you informed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached out to them regarding inaccuracies on my credit report, and they assured me that someone would get back to me promptly. Unfortunately, I never received the promised call back, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I was genuinely hoping to work with this company, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values timely and respectful customer service.
