Barbie Lieber is the best bankruptcy attorney in NYC. She genuinely changed the course of my entire life from being completely hopeless for years to now being on a path where I'm excited about my future. Candidly, this transformation is a sea change that I did not think was possible before working with her. Prior to contacting Barbie, I had been in an agreement with a "Debt Settlement Company" / "Debt Consolidation Company". I had no idea that most of the monies I would pay to the debt settlement company were paid, not to the creditors, but to the debt settlement company. That's in the hidden fine print. I had no idea that the debt settlement company would not be able to get all the creditors to sign onto a plan and that I would be sued by creditors who refused to settle. I wasted all this money and time with the debt settlement company. I felt no end in sight; feeling despair.
