I hired Jason to prepare for documents for the green card application. I've never met him in person. He is in NJ, I live in PA. He is very hard to reach on the phone. At the very beginning of my case, he said that he will stop by my house to get documents but he never did that evening. Only when I messaged him about his ETA, he said he couldn't find the babysitter and he won't make it to our meeting. It was very unprofessional. I messaged him questions about my case several times. He answered my messages very late, sometimes even after several days. I always ended up with finding the solutions by myself online. After a couple bad incidence happened between me and him, I decided to prep the green card interview myself instead of hiring him. During the interview, the USCIS officer told me that some information are missing on the forms. He asked me if I filled out the forms myself or the lawyer. I explained the USCIS officer the whole situation about me and Jason. The interviewer was very nice and he helped me fill the rest of the missing info during our interview. My case was approved on the spot and my husband and I passed the interview with flying color without any help from the lawyer. Overall, I have a really bad experience working with Jason. I will not recommend him to anyone else.

I reached out to Brett and James when I hit a dead end with the credit card reporting companies. They provided me with a consultation (that both attended) and explained to me what my rights were. I immediately signed with them, as I felt confident that they would have my best interests in mind. They were fair and told me exactly what to expect. All credit reporting companies settled and my credit was repaired. I could not have done it without Brett or James. This firm is the real deal! James/Brett worked hard on my case and I received a prompt and satisfactory settlement. They were excellent at communicating with me on the process from start to finish. Any questions I had they cleared up for me. I have had bad experiences with shady (divorce) attorneys in the past but James/Brett proved that there are still some excellent attorneys willing to communicate with you and fight for your rights. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing representation. You will not be disappointed!
