I first hired Julian White to represent me in a co-op purchase back in 2017. It was my first time purchasing property. He was professional, courtesy and walked me through all the steps of how the process would go. He was diligent in his work and keep in constant contact with me throughout. As we got further along in the process Julian realized we would not be able to close due to negligence on the seller and his attorney, and (wisely) advised me to end the deal and get my earnest deposit back. I appreciated his honesty with me rather than to continue to let this drag on and waste more of my time and money. Fast forward to 2023, when the same property was available again, I contacted Julian and he willing to represent me. I explained I to him how I was a bit hesitant to go through this again. Before we went down any road, he got assurances from the sellers attorney that the previous issues the seller had were in fact resolved and we would be able to close in a timely fashion.
