My company and myself have hired Gottfried & Gottfried LLP since 2013 to assist us in handling all visa and immigration procedures in the United States. David Gottfried is an outstanding Immigration Attorney that has a deep understanding of all the complex aspects of the matter. He advised us with an extreme dedication, explained all along the way all the administrative steps. David Gofftried is also a very humane person who takes the time to understand every person's unique situation. I highly recommend him as one of the very best Immigration Attorneys in New York City.

We asked David to help us out with a tricky situation where my previous lawyers negligence had caused a significant delay in our work visas. In a quick meeting, David was able to articulate actual options for us and pointed us to a much quicker and efficient path to a Green Card. I CALLED THEM AND THEY ACTUALLY PUT AN ATTORNEY ON THE LINE WITH ME. SHE SPOKE IN A COLLOQUIAL SPANISH AMERICAN ACCENT AND WAS VERY RUDE TO ME, INTERRUPTING WHAT I HAD TO SAY TO ASK ME IF I WANTED TO SUE THE EMERGENCY ROOM. UH, NO, LET ME FINISH, I WANTED TO SUE THE PSYCHIATRIC WARD THAT I WAS PLACED INTO AFTER THE EMERGENCY ROOM SENT ME THERE FOR NO REASON. I HAD A PHYSICAL INJURY WHICH WAS VISIBLE, NOT INSANITY. AND THIS IS THE KIND OF ATTORNEY THAT WOULD PROBABLY TRY TO FIND ME AND SUE ME FOR LEAVING THIS REVIEW. NO STARS.

Overall, my experience with the David was Excellent. I was informed at every step of the way what was going on. When I had questions they were answered promptly. To be honest the whole process if you go at it alone is confusing, thanks to David I felt at ease. He was upfront when he told me that the paperwork would roughly take 9 months and it did. If you're shopping for an immigration lawyer there's the rest and then there is David. I have no complaints and I want to take the opportunity to thank David here. Thank you David!

I received a RFE after filling an I-751 myself about a year ago. I hired David Gottfried to help me send further documents and I successfully received an I-797 today (less than two weeks after sending the evidences), which means the conditional status of my greencard is going to be removed and I will shortly received my 10 year greencard. Great service for reasonable price!

David is great. I received RFE for my H1b application with previous attorney. My friend recommended David to me and I decided to work with him. It was a very complicated case (previous attorney filed under Marketing Specialist which is very likely to get RFEs) and finally I got approved! David did a great job. Responsible and reliable.
