I’m so happy that I contacted Jeff because he helped me out so much. I had a 20 years old case that was suffocating me from getting my citizenship & any job that background include fingerprinting. He was awesome and worked very hard to get my case dismissed, he kept in contact and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The only issue I had was the timeframe he told me this would be completed it wasn’t, but he explained all the complications he was facing. Eight months later everything was cleared!!!
