I had the same experience as I of the reviewers. I felt discriminated against. Consultation, and a woman returned my call to say no broken bones so we won't be taking your case and good luck. Being a Christian I Know to treat people like you would want to be treated and no one is less than another! Respectfully you never know who's reviewing you as well.

Sophia at Jacoby and Meyers takes a advantage of disabled clients -by forcing words in there mouth she was told to not even contact the client but to contact the case manager And she was told to not call only email What still harass the disabled client with unknown numbers numbers that I've never been seen before she just stole $36,000 from a client that is special needs and here accent is extremely thick and she will call you from numbers you've never seen before even though you asked her To only contact you via email or threw family or case manager at the client's medical facility office -she's a full-fledged criminal. and I think Jacoby and Meyers needs to make this right. She's the one that will restart your applications so they could charge you 36 grand additionally in attorney fees even though the insurance company wanted to settle out of court plus an absurd amount of money in medical fees -beware of Sophia /Jacoby and Meyers Misconduct #Arbitration

They must be defending corporates and assume the person calling them seeking representation will be going against one of their Corporate clients, because the day I called for a consultation I was totally DISMISSED without hesitation. The so-called Patricia lawyer told me “I have decided I am not taking this case”, without sending me for medical exams to determine how serious my injuries were and without consulting with others from the firm. She was not interested and bluntly stated there was no broken bone, so no case!. I went to another firm and they took my case without any problem.With this jacoby & meyers firm, I felt DISCRIMINATED upon.

I want to thank God for blessing my family and me with Michelle, Jennifer and the entire team at Jacoby & Meyers. For taking on my father's case towards the facility he was staying at. God continues to bless this entire team with strength, understanding and compassion to fight for justice. They are the true meaning of professionals who care and treat their clients like family. Please do not use any of these attorneys I would like to explain my situation few weeks ago I get hit by car while I was riding a bike I googled injuries attorneys I came across these ppl I called I was told that my case was good I was recommend by them to do the therapy cause I was going throw Pain and still they made me signe paperwork after someone came all way to my house I had asked a million time the question that what if the motorist didn’t have insurance I was told by these ppl that don’t you worry even no insurance we can go after the state at least to cover the medical expenses Wich there is a potential coverage up to 200000$ . This morning I have received a call from the attorney himself saying that the guy didn’t have insurance and he wants to withdraw the case and it’s his right to do so that’s absolutely unprofessional . These ppl they leave you hanging at anytime if they don’t smell money. Now am strangling to resolve my medical bills please do not deal with these unprofessional people it’s such a wast time
