David is thorough, communicative, and effective! He handled our apartment's closing, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. He was able to anticipate potential hiccups, as well as prepared us as his clients, for what the next steps would be. David uses his legal expertise as well as his business perspective, distinguishing him from many other lawyers. Our realtors have worked with him before, and everyone had a positive working relationship which helped with communication.
