This last September, my mother was injured as a pedestrian when she was struck by a car at a crosswalk. We were overwhelmed by the driver's insurance company with paperworks to secure medical treatment for her. Fortunately, we were referred to Caesar and Napoli and they took on our case. They handled the legal/insurance issues and allowed us to just focus on my mother's medial care. At the end she recuperated fully and C&N secured a decent financial payout from the insurance company for us. One of the best things i have ever done, was to hire this law firm to handle my case. They were so prompt and efficient. These lawyers were the best at what they did and i won my case because of their guidance and professional opinions on how to answer my questions honestly. And it worked. I am so very happy to have had them represent me. My paralegal Jennifer Figueroa was the best and kept me informed and up to date on where my case were and the book keeper Cadece is phenomenal as well. When my accident occurred I had lost my memory. I wasn't able to do anything. I called a close friend and she recommended me to Burns and Harris. Since then, they were with me every step of the way. When I first came into the office I met an attorney named Alison who was extremely helpful and put me to ease. Eventually, I met Blake who was the lawyer assigned to me and did mostly everything on my case. At trial, Seth took over and he was the best. He was so relaxed and informed me of all the details of my cases every step of the way. Wayne and Kardon were also there with me at the time of trial and they were very nice and helpful to me along the way. I love Burns and Harris and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
