When Mr. Garvin was retained, he claimed to my family that he had presented a Retainer Agreement to me for my signature after appearing on my behalf. After countless requests to do so by family, he failed to provide a copy of the alleged signed Retainer Agreement. He was retained by family member on recommendation of a highly respected attorney. However, to my dismay, he failed to present adequate arguments or any case strategy on my behalf as my defense attorney . There was inconsistent consultation or none at all throughout his representation of my case. He also repeatedly displayed demeaning & condescending behavior during any direct contact & demonstrated noticeable dislike for his client as my attorney. Regrettably, provided borderline representation.

Mr. Garvin helped me with an order of protection issue. He's very knowledgeable, effective and helpful and he is willing to work with you regarding payment.
