My fiancé had them for disability yes they got him approved went to court once all the phone calls my fiancé did on the phone with disability waiting four hours every time he had to call only thing the lawyer did was go to court once! We got a letter saying they were taking 6,000 out ok that’s fine I guess they need to get paid for going to court once just found out today they took 14,000 out when my fiancé did most of the work. We will not be referring them to anyone! We also didn’t sign anything saying they could take 14,000. Unless you wanna pay a lot for a disability lawyer I would go somewhere else if they will do this for disability I’m sure they will do it for compensation too. Also we couldn’t ever get ahold of his case manager.

DO NOT USE this law firm. They do NOTHING. You never speak to an actual attorney. Only an intake processor who files your disability app and then you are assigned to a case manager. They sit back while you do all the work and take their cut when you are awarded. I dealt directly with social security for EVERYTHING. my case manager responded late or never responded at all to phone calls and requests. When you call and ask to speak to an actual attorney,, they block your request.They were never available for questions or concerns and even simple requests to update my case file. I found out updates to my case before they did. I had to tell them I had been awarded for ssdi. And after the award, I never heard from them to let me know of the award, the cut they took, or even to say thanks for the business. Do yourself a favor and find another law firm. I would have rated zero stars. This law firm is unresponsive, unprofessional, and simply do not care about their clients. They take your money and do nothing in return for you. Get a REAL law firm or fill out your own ssdi app. This is literally all they do is file your application. I read the poor reviews and still gave them a shot. Everything that everyone is saying is true. RUN. DO NOT USE DENNIS KENNY LAW FIRM.

ok, update from a previous review from 1 star and concerns, ....was contacted and all questions and concerns answered. During hearings related to case, when depositions are required, was explain about doctors information being used and process. I felt out of loop, but concerns have been recognized and formalities dealt with. Still have ongoing case, so far so good...During this, if you are new to dealing with compensation and proceedings, just take it in stride, as the human aspect seems to be lost from personal point of view. Hearing the 23rd, hope all goes well...the law firm responded and i am content. DKL is knowledgeable, and as a client, just keep being involved to have questions answered. Can be emotional, especially when injury is damaging and you feel cast aside, be assured they are on top of it.

Carla is the best. From my experience, when another attorney told me my case was done and to reapply, Dennis Kenny said let's look into. I have gotten more information from Carla and this firm then in the past. Let's hope my patience and this firm's knowledge and hard work gets everyone what they deserve. Nothing but excellent reviews. Will review when case is resolved.
