Even after specifically telling Ivan that it’s not a good idea to send a $30k check in the mail first class without any tracking or via Fedex, etc. (and he agreed to hold it at the office for me to pick up when it was ready) I received the check in the mail yesterday (luckily!!) Beware M&T refinance clients - besides this, there were other examples of my experience with this firm that make it apparent that this is not their primary line of work and there’s not a lot of attention put into it.

The Receptionist who answered the phone was very friendly. I introduced myself to her. As I began telling her what is going on, she replied" excuse me, please do not explain anymore, because we do not handle these kind of cases. We are Criminal Attorneys.
