Eric Shiller is who you want to hire. He is knowledgeable of the law, and can easily predict what the other person is going to try. I was in a horrible situation. A severely abused and terrorized new mom who had been kept a prisoner in her own home. Shiller talked me through the process of going to family court and filing an emergency petition against my Son's father who was severely mentally unstable and dangerous. My case happened severely quickly, and he made time. He made it happen. He represented me excellently. He never backed down. Hiring him was really the absolute best thing I could have done.
