Bob Saldarelli is competent, experienced, and calm. He helped us through selling our house that had a hidden lien on the title. He knew it would be fixed when my husband and I were about to give up. He made it convenient for us to have a remote closing. We did not have to be at the closing so I could finish packing up my house.

Bob guided us through the process of buying our house. He was very accommodating, including coming to our apartment to go over the paperwork with us. We felt that he was doing a good job of watching out for our interests. He ended up being the most positive part of what was often a frustrating experience and we would definitely use his services again.

I nhave never had a warm or fuzzy feeling when dealing with legal issues or those who marke these skills. Mr. Saldarelli has changed this impression. He is easy to speak with, most importantly he listens and answers the questions asked. His fees were very reasonable when I comare them to others that I have used and while I have no urgent desire to deal with attornies again, If I need one Mr. Saldarelli is the one I will call.
