Thomas just closed two transactions for me...sale of one home and purchase of another within days of each other. (2 to be exact). He was very professional and kept me informed of everything from start to finish. Will absolutely use him again.

Thomas was very professional. He even came to my house and explained all the required documenents and walked us through everything. I would highly recommend him to any one. The documents were done fast and answered all my questions on a timely basis. The process couldn't have gone smoother.

Tom handled both the sale of my first house and the purchase of my second. He was very knowledgeable, patient and precise. He made himself available to me anytime I needed him. The sale of my house was not an easy one and took 9 months to close as I had issues that had to be corrected with the town. He helped with that as well and spoke with many people on my behalf. We hired Mr. McGovern for our real estate purchase. This was a complicated transaction seeing that the seller wasn’t available.
