Beth is down right mean and harbors anger. None of what she does professional. She is sneaky and conniving. What she say and tells a child to do is not her place. Telling a minor wrong information and adding fuel to the fire instead if preserving the family. Do not hire her!

Beth is a strong, smart, competent, phenomenal attorney and you should be so lucky as to have her beside you in the courtroom. She stands up for what she believes in, she fights for those that otherwise wouldn’t have a voice, and she refuses to be bullied by anyone. Beth is a woman of integrity and from what I’ve seen, the only ones who are against her are those who are intimidated by her strength and assertiveness. I’m proud to have Beth as my attorney.

I retained Lockhart Law about 6 months ago to take over my divorce and custody case that had been turned into a nightmare by the extremely incompetent law firm I had previously retained. Beth and Andrea have done an incredible job turning things around and getting my case back on track. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, timely, and they are exactly who you want in your corner fighting for you. Additionally, their staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and do what they say they are going to do without having to as twice. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I am receiving from Lockhart Law.

One lawyer that does what she says she's going to do... She's a no nonsense lawyer. She speaks her mind so if you can't handle the truth, she's not for you. Yes, she's busy and most of the time you don't talk directly to her, but staff is on top of things. They will take care of anything you need! I was very lucky to get Beth along time ago when she was teamed up with another lawyer. Without her , not sure how my kids and myself would have ended up.. But we are good now thanks to her.

*SHOULD NOT BE A LAWYER* Horrible. Contact BAR Association to see how many grievances have been filed against her. She is aggressive with clients and judges- which upsets judges and hurts the clients. (Now she is threatening to shoot judges)! There are other Fathers Advocates who will work hard for you and care about you- not just the money. Low quality lawyer and a lower quality human being!

Well, given that I came this morning and pulled into the parking lot for a duration of 30 seconds didn’t even manage to get out the car before I started getting yelled at by one of the staff members about how I’m not allowed to park here and when I explained to her that I wasn’t parking and I had my car already in reverse I only stopped to see what she was saying, she goes to tell me I’m not allowed to come into this parking lot! But as it is a public place and a law office and you didn’t even know whether I was coming in for business or not that’s very unprofessional I felt threatened by her and her dog. You very much showed no professionalism or compassion within a 30 second time span of pulling into your office parking lot. Totally understandable if there was more time as I just sat there or as if I was parking or I got out of my car to park but none of this was the case I don’t recommend coming here given the attitude that was given and I won’t be referring none of my friends or family

I retained Beth for a cps matter that didn’t pertain to me… due to the illegal order the Oswego county family court placed on me, I knew they legally had to dismiss the charges. However, I had retained Beth to handle the matter. The charges were dismissed without her appearance and she never went to a court proceeding on my behalf. During the time I retained her, I have had trouble contacting her through her secretary (some rude guy) always had an attitude and said he or Beth would be in contact with me. Needless to say, no response and I always found myself calling back receiving some excuse! Lastly, I never received an itemized bill from her office and I have requested several times for my retainer fee back since she never worked on my case. To my dismay, as of today, and after a month of my charges being dismissed and after several calls and emails no response and no refund! Very unprofessional and I feel as though I have been robbed! Do not hire this attorney!
