Beth made sure my husband was well taken care of for his custody case for my step daughter. We got what we needed and she answered any questions we had and responds in a timely manner. She’s one of the best attorneys I have ever encountered. She cares so much for her clients and she’s so transparent. Definitely recommend!!

Beth Lockhart was recommended to me by a friend. Subsequently I was represented by her during my divorce and she made the stressful and difficult process much easier. Her depth of knowledge of family law is quite extensive and she was attentive to my situation and was responsive to my questions, calls and emails. My experience with Beth was when she was working with Tina Bennett. She represented me on two separate occasions in place of Ms. Bennett and was late, unprepared. Totally unprofessional and rude, she lacked any knowledge of Fathers rights or the best interest of my children.

Beth is by far the best attorney i have ever encountered, let alone represent me. She took what was a seemingly impossible case and even i was astonished at what she managed to accomplish for child and I. I live 800 miles away from where i had to be represented. Anytime i have to be represented in upstate New York, Beth will be my first and only call.
She is a very passionate attorney, and will accomplish what needs to be done.

I would highly recommend Beth. She represented me professionally and was relentless in ensuring the case was handled properly. The legal system is ridicules to maneuver for common folk but with Beth’s advice and wealth of knowledge it went smoothly. She’s empathetic and understands how difficult it is for clients dealing not only with the legal system but also the mental anguish.
