He calmed my initial nervousness while presenting an accurate picture of the possible outcomes. He has an excellent legal IQ for the traffic issues he specializes in.

We hired Frank to assist with a DWI violation. This was a very scary situation for our family and we did not know what to do. Frank was very kind and patient; first putting our mind at ease as he explained his experience with cases like ours, then moved forward to explain the process, the options available to us, the best possible outcome along with the worst possible outcome. As the case is now behind us, we hope that we will not need a lawyer on a matter like this again, but if we do, Frank is on speed-dial.

Over 6 months ago Frank took on my headache of a case which was 3 warrants that were 9 years old. After giving Frank the information he needed and trusting his better judgement, all 3 warrants and all charges were dismissed!! After 9 years !!! I didn’t even know I had these warrants until last year. He handled it brilliantly with the judge and I can’t even believe it was that easy. I'm generally a critic and "tough customer" and I almost never post glowing reviews. But Frank Raso is the "no brainer" choice for defense in Rockland. Not only did he know precisely what was around the corner and precisely what risks I was facing, he was doggedly determined to help me navigate keep me moving swiftly through the process. I hired him on the recommendation of another area "Super Lawyer" to assist in a DWI misdemeanor charge. He connected me with an outstanding state-approved professional to conduct a formal bio-psychosocial assessment to present to the prosecutor and judge, he worked closely with the prosecutor to explain my mitigating circumstances, and succeeded in having the charge reduced to a traffic infraction. It was quite a disruptive life lesson in general.
