Bought our house recently through them and enjoyed the whole experience. This is my second purchase of a home and this was by far a better experience. We had no issues on contacting them and they were all very friendly and helpful all the time. I had a lot of questions and they were always willing to stay on the line until we knew what was needed from us. Great overall experience and would recommend for sure!

We just purchase land and went through Mr. Palumbo. First I was charge 100.00 for consult over the phone and the conversation only last 20 minutes not the hour I was told I was paying for. Survey was done with four corners flagged ok fine, but at closing we ask for one of the lines to be flagged from one to the other. Mr. Palumbo wrote it down on the back of one our paper and said when he sends them the check he will let them know to do this, and it should not cost us any more. Both my husband and I heard and seen him write it done. Nothing was done for about a month I called and got there is nothing more we can do basically. My husband called Mr. Palumbo had to recognition of them and said he would check in it and call my husband back....2 weeks no call, my husband calls back and of course he never says he has never say any of that and that he did eveything as he should and we are pairs because he never said any of that to us. We will never use him again and I have already sent family to him off business never again can not trust his word. That is everything.

I suggest maybe getting a different receptionist, very unprofessional, does not return calls in a timely manner or at all for that matter.

We were fortunate enough to be given a recommendation for Brad Stevens, Esq., for our employment law needs, as our experience was stellar. He was kind, timely in his communication, and successfully assisted us every step of the way.

Mr. Palumbo decided to terminate services with us. We asked numerous questions and always got condescending answers with a lack of detail. We continued to ask for more details and got no where. 5 days before our scheduled closing date Mr. Palumbo decided he no longer wanted to represent us and informed us through an email. Thanks for nothing Mr. Palumbo.
