From the very first phone call, Fern was no nonsense, did what she said she would do, and made certain that the LAW was taken into account during our child support case. I would NEVER choose any other attorney to represent me! She’s the absolute best at her craft!!

Fern is amazing. She was recommended to me by someone else who had gotten divorced, and I am forever grateful for the recommendation. Fern is dependable, no nonsense and knows her stuff. Great in court! Get her before your ex does.

Not only is she confident but she gets right down to the point of the case and is amazing in the court room. This early October she helped me with a case. I can't stress enough how good she is and gets you the best result she can.

I have been dealing with Fern for several years now and throughout it I have encountered numerous roadbumps that she has worked through each time while defending me countless times. She takes a "no bull" approach and generally knows what the court cares about and what they do not and leads her client in the direction of that in order to ensure only the most important information is out there and not a lot of fluff that just clouds judgement. Her office is awesome with communication and she or her office personnel get back to me promptly when required minimizing costs that do not need to be charged (only contact when necessary so you only get charged for the stuff that is important). I highly recommend her as she is a "pitbull" in court as others have mentioned.

Ms. Adelstein is overall a fine attorney. She does not do much advocating for the client however, and allows for a natural progression to occur without much input. She is not interested in what a client wants, especially if this requires more work than she feels is worth putting forward. She allows for the client to be abused by opposing council. It seems as though her major interest lies in setting out a course of action, however as things progress the situation seems to more of an irritant to her than a challenge worthy of her skills.

Fern Adelstein is AMAZING in action. If she believes in you and your case she is like a "pitbull" in court and will fight for you. I have never had her represent me however I have watched her in action in City Court and in Family Court. When Judge Mountain retires I firmly believe that Fern should take his position.

When being railroaded by child services, Fern was amazing at helping me prove that their case was based on nothing more than me being a single mom who had a child with special needs. She was able to get the case dismissed with the judge even lecturing the child services department.
