“She didn't give me any respect when calling about potentially retaining her as a lawyer. I said I needed help scheduling as I have a difficult schedule. She laughed and told me 'too bad life is difficult.' Incredibly unprofessional and I've never been treated with such disrespect for being genuine and asking for assistance.”
