After I was told by other lawyers that I did not have a case, Kevin Habberfield from Black, Lyle and Habberfield believed that I did have a case. He told me that I had a difficult case, but he believed that I had a winnable case. Kevin was upfront and honest with me right from the beginning. He always kept me notified throughout my entire case and he promptly returned my phone calls and emails whenever I had questions. He even came to my home to meet with me on a few occasions to accommodate my schedule. Kevin also has a great staff working alongside of him.
