Very good lawyer

Awesome people and get right to business!!! They DO NOT play games, and are straight forward and straight to the point!!!

I had a very good experience with them and the gentleman named Brenton Dadey was very helpful and knew his stuff

I wish I could give a zero star! I first want to say that I have used Otto Rothermel for several things and have always loved him. His new partner...Kip Wilson...not so much. He came to my workers comp hearing not even knowing what my history was. He point blank said that I would not win my case. Not sure why he would say this as he didn't even try. Later on I did win my case with Mr. Rothermel there. I have now been denied my meds from wc. (the insurance system is all about them!) I call Mr. Wilson to ask what I can do and he says "I don't know what you can do, I'm not a doctor". I was asking legal advise! He then states that he didn't agree with the decision. I then state that I didn't believe him as he is the one that was telling me I was going to lose. So he then told me that he is dropping my case. I have been with Mr. Rothermel since 1992 for this wc case and this young attorney just drops me because he didn't like me calling a spade a spade. I am very disappointed that Mr. Rothermel has chosen to back Mr. Wilson when I have been with him longer than Mr. Wilson. ANYONE thinking of going to him better ask around first. I have been told by another local attorney that he is not surprised by Mr. Wilson's actions. Not a good attorney for people that are in pain and are on the edge of life. I am a professional business person and would never treat my clients like I was treated. This is a small Town and people talk. I wish Mr. Rothermel well in his future retirement. I thank you for all you did for me over the years.

I was injured on the job working for a railroad company. After signing with a lawyer and that lawyer telling me everything would be ok and seeing no progress I went to scarzafava and basdekis.
