I’m still in shock with how quickly and smoothly my entire process of getting approved for Social Security Disability went once I hired Frederick’s Law Offices! I did apply the first time by myself because I knew I had plenty of documentation and support from my doctors and did not think I’d need an attorney to help. Needless to say, it was immediate denial so I reached out to Frederick Law Offices for help. It’s important to note that my disabilities caused constant pain, which in turn impacted my ability to think clearly. I was also under a tremendous amount of stress from everything and not emotionally at my best. I’m still not sure why I thought I could initially file on my own and be successful. When my emotions would get the better of me, every person in that office treated me with understanding and respect, truly showing me empathy. Social Security did deny me again after hiring Frederick Law Offices but that is when Sarah Frederick put on her boxing gloves! Within weeks of of her putting in for a hearing, she contacted me with the news that Social Security requested a record review over the hearing. I just needed a few weeks to wrap up some upcoming doctors appointments so Sarah picked a date to close up submissions that was convenient for me. I was approved shortly thereafter. Frederick Law Offices was able to do for me what I wasn’t able to do for myself. Even though I had submitted all my records the 1st time I applied by myself, Social Security was definitely influenced into changing their decision based off of my attorney’s persistence. I am truly grateful to have this nightmare behind me and to be able to finally live stress-free.
