HANDS DOWN - BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!

I have been working with Craig Augis office for many years. I have always found them to be extremely professional and very hands on with every file. Both Craig and his paralegal Shari are always available when needed and keep me informed in real time of anything that may come up on any of our files together. It is very refreshing to know that there is a law firm out there that values customer service as much as I do. I would highly recommend (and I do all of the time) Craig and Shari to anyone and everyone!! Craig and Shari, thank you for always being there for our clients as it makes every client we work with very happy!

Left this office a message 10 days ago, no call back at all. Also this person came recommended by a family member. I should’ve looked at the reviews and expected as much upon calling.

Shari and Craig helped me tremendously. They assisted with the sale of my home and purchase of another. I highly recommend and would use again.

We were there for a real estate closing Craig was the attorney for the buyer. He was nothing but professional and the process went smoothly!!

Craig is one of the BEST attorneys I’ve worked with in my 25 years in the Real Estate field. He always goes above and beyond for his clients. If a client needs help he is always there to lend a hand. He’s professional ethical and honorable. I can’t really go into all the details of all I want to say, but I even had somebody that needed him to come to the nursing home and without hesitation, he went there and met with the client to sign the paperwork. I highly recommend him. I would not hesitate to recommend him any time to anyone.

I have been using craig augi for years, always a pleasant experience, he goes above and beyond to to make sure everyrhing gets done smoothly and correctly.

This facility has been the most unprofessional office I’ve worked with. Starting from the assistant Sherri to the lawyer Craig. I have no intentions on recommending this office to anyone.

Worst place to close on a home with. They are very unprofessional and treat the Hispanic community with no respect. I could honestly say I do not recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re Hispanic.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever, Craig and his team are unprofessional, sneaky, and at some point are Unknowledgeable of the case. Craig came an hour late to the appointment, his secretary covering for him not knowing, stating false details of the case. If you’re looking for an attorney to close on a home, this is not the place.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and hostile environment that I been to! I’m disgusted by the treatment we received from Craig Augi and Sheri. Sheri’s behavior was disgusting and totally unacceptable she treated us like we had no right and we were idiots. When the the others teams lawyer arrived she spoke bad about us and badgered us. Craig arrived 2 hours late to our closing and when he arrived he knew nothing about what was going on. He spoke very horrible to our elderly mother and intimated her to close and yelled that we had no choice but to close on a house we no longer wanted. The worst part of this horrendous encounter was that our mother was breaking down in tears and was due to her medical condition was having difficulty breathing but he did not care he continued to hand us papers and speak badly about us. Absolutely the worst place to go their so unethical, rude, careless.

The worst experience I ever had in my life, Sheri was so nasty and rude. Made a dream into our worst nightmare. Please don’t ever hire Craig Augi. I am truly disgusted by these people.
