Jovial, professional comfortable environment smooth closing

Craig Augi has been my go to attorney for several years now. He is 5 stars in my book.... He is always in communication with me & my clients every step of the way. My wife and I closed on our first home today. Craig Augi did everything he could to make the home buying process easier for us. He explained every step in detail and never kept us in the dark on what was going on behind the scenes. Craig kept in touch with us via email and phone calls. I would leave a six star rating if I could.

We used Craig Augi for the closing of our sale and the closing of our purchase and both were completely disasters and I wanted to release him of his responsibilities on numerous occasions., but because of costs associated with it, I stayed. The office was unresponsive to emails. If I did not sent a return receipt, I would not even know they were delivered (and that didn't always work). Answers to questions were never complete and left me unaware of what needed to be done. On occasions, I just did things myself to get it done because they could not. At both closings, Craig was 30 minutes late. On my purchase (especially), I was embarrassed by how I was being represented. When he finally arrived, remaining forms were handed to me without me knowing anything about what I was signing. The attorney for the sellers took her time and articulated what each document was. Although I asked if there was anything I needed to bring to closing (unanswered) I did found at closing there was and I didn't have it. I do not even have my final figures until a few hours before closing and had to rush to the bank to get certified checks. The failures by this firm to provide any level of attention was remarkable! I am happy I am closed and NEVER have to deal with them again (hopefully everything was done right and I won't have to). These are my ills. Everything stated happened (and more). Use them at your own peril.

We used Craig Augi on recommendation of the real estate agent and mortgage company. This was going to be our first home purchase and he and his staff smoothed the way for us. Whether nights, weekends or otherwise, Craig made himself available. He answered when we called and when we emailed. He kept us updated on progress throughout. Highly recommend him. Craig Augi helped me and my fiance close on our 1st home at the end of last year and being that the sellers didnt disclose that there wasnt a CO for the new pool the closing dragged out longer than expected. However Craig and his assistant Shari were constantly in touch with us and were awesome in helping things move along smoothly throughout the whole process. I'm sorry that there are some people who have unfortunately not had a good experience with him but, I can honestly say he was GREAT!!!
