Ken Auerbach came to the rescue of my brother-in-law (Jeff) by stopping an unlawful eviction on Long Island. My B-I-L was renting a house, the landlord died, and the inheriting family wanted to evict my B-I-L without notice. Ken Auerbach interviened and provided Jeff one month to relocate to another rental. Because we live in Pennsylvania, Ken's help saved us considerable time and money by solving our issue without us having to take time off from work and drive to Long Island.
