Excellent service

I literally called to request a free consultation as it states she has on her website. She asked me the situation I was in and I started to explain. She literally cut me off mid sentence and kept over talking me and wouldn’t listen to anything i had to say. Unfortunately I had a feeling we wouldn’t work on a professional level but I still tried to explain. She then rudely said to me she had another call on hold and can’t be bothered anymore and hung up on me. It’s really sad when someone is in a vulnerable state, is reaching out for help and someone makes them feel like they are the size of an ant or like they are useless individuals. Terrible professionalism.

I don’t write reviews unless they are completely earned , and when I tell you I have never had a lawyer fight so hard for justice as bill laVelle did for me and my mother and law , we have not got a verdict yet but I know with out a doubt that everything that could have been done for us was done , bill is not only personable , and funny , but a shark in the court room , and fights for justice for the innocent , I am so appreciative , after having to fire my last lawyer for taking all my money and not doing a thing for me , bill was so reasonable with payment and I’m being modest , he REALLY worked with us , if you ever want a lawyer who truly cares, Will go the extra mile , is not money hungry like most of them , and actually enjoys bringing justice to the innocent , BILL is your guy ... I’ll refer him for life ... Bill thanks again ... you were there for us when we had no one else
