Very unprofessional!

I am sure that all divorces are different and mine is of no exception. Rob, Kevin and Desiree are a team of caring professionals that I can trust with the most intimate details of my case. Their many years of experience have become apparent when I have faced obstacles for the first time that they have worked through countless times before. Desiree has been instrumental in guiding me through each milestone of the process. She is both firm and compassionate as required while helping me navigate through a disdainful divorce. Kevin's attention to the details and facts show up best when in a room calmly disputing the opposition. In a process that can be lengthy and frustrating at times; Rob, Kevin and Desiree have a level of regard and tenacity that allows me to be confident that they are fighting for the best possible outcome for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rob, Kevin and Desiree have been assisting me with my contentious divorce. They are a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated team. I often call the office being agitated, confused and defeated. By the end of the call, I am feeling positive, clear headed, and usually laughing. Unlike other firms, the do answer calls and emails. In court, Kevin has impressively maintained his composure during difficult rebuttals with the opposing attorney. They understand the specific details of my situation and proved to be conscientious about the outcome and my well-being after my divorce is finalized. I highly recommend this team of hard-working professionals!

This process is nearly impossible to get through without a caring team. I have never left a review in my life, but I couldn’t resist doing so. As I searched the internet for the office phone number (which is saved in my phone and not memorized) i saw the HORRIBLE review that was recently posted about a team of people that have guided me through the biggest fight of my life- and I felt compelled to post my FIRST EVER review. I know it’s tough for some people to hear the truth and reality of this horrible process. As I myself was there, until I recognized that what I thought was a contribution to advance my case was actually stalling of my own case(and life lol). Not a fair review. DO NOT USE this lawyer or law firm. What a joke! Terrible communication! I had to run around this morning trying to find the court in Hampton Bays only to be told that I was NOT supposed to be in court this morning! They didn’t even notify me of date changed…I called Richard Cohen and told him what was happening. He was “All ears” until I told him I have another lawyer and that we are suing for Medical bills, Loss of work and pain and suffering due to landlords neglecting the ENTIRE water system. The well had Total Coliform bacteria in it.(And possibly more contaminants ie Fertilizers and pesticides.) I saw 9 different doctors and was hospitalized twice! After speaking with Richard personally, I would never call or speak to him again…Do yourself a favor and hire a professional lawyer..Steer clear… Very UNPROFESSIONAL..!!! I hired Rob Venturo because I needed a very experienced, knowledgeable attorney. I was the best decision I could have made. I already had two attorneys prior to hiring Rob and it was not a good experience. I'm so happy I found Rob and his amazing staff including Anna. I was in a two-year legal battle over a custody and child support with my very wealthy ex-husband. Rob was so knowledgeable not only about the laws but about the tax returns that when he finally got in front of the judge it only took one hour for us to walk out of there with a final decision/settlement that we were very happy with. His paralegal name Anna is the sweetest woman I know and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She would get in touch with me matter what day of the week or what time of the day to make sure that I knew what I needed to know and make sure everything was in order. I was very comfortable and felt very confident and at ease with Rob representing me. He is actually the second attorney I hired because I did not feel comfortable with the first one. The level of trust and security I felt with Rob, and the confidence I had in the skills was matched by the final outcome. I gave him five stars only because that’s the highest I can give. He deserves 1 million and so this is paralegal Anna. I highly highly highly recommend him.
