Counselor Hagan is a rare breed. He is current, extremely knowledgeable of the law, direct, clear and, most importantly, focused on the client's needs and myriad of tasks at hand. It would normally be assumed that these qualities would be a standard requirement for this kind of profession, but experience has shown me that an attorney who can clearly get to the crucial points and stay on-point is the kind attorney that clients truly need in times of crisis.

I have known Damon for quite some time and when I needed the services of an attorney to help with a dispute with a former landlord, Damon delivered. The former landlord failed to pay my roommate and I our security deposit back. Damon felt we had a very strong case and his recommendation of mediation paid off as we received a judgement for 95% of our initial security deposit. My roommate and I watched Damon in person as he pleaded our case and successfully refuted our old landlord's attorney claims.
