I have hired Mr. Dapelo for two litigations. One a pending litigation for divorce which he has worked diligently towards making this divorce happen. The second, a child support matter that I was served with after my ex avoided service for the divorce. He worked very hard to protect my rights as a single mother. Mr. Dapelo and his staff are always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and always explain it in a manner that I can understand. His experience and caring shows, as I have dealt with other lawyers who were nothing more than a body standing next to me in court. Mr. Dapelo works hard for me as a client and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a decent, honest lawyer.

This is the worst place you could go. They take your money and force you to sign horrible agreements in order to ensure repeat clients to fix the thing you signed. Robert dumps his cases off on his associates after sucking most of the money out of their pockets and then he rolls over to other unsuspecting dupes. Also the associate Karen is inappropriate and can’t keep her hands to herself. Apparently she sees no line between being comforting and being inappropriate. Heres a hint Karen: there’s a very THICK line between the two!! Do NOT go to this firm!! Also it smells bad in the office and looks like it was designed in 1975.

After a short consultation regarding custody I left with high hopes, fast fwd over 6 months I was no further in my case than I was on day one. The office just wants your money. Also my case was always only worked on the 5-10 minuets right b4 going into the court room. I was actually told that it’s how it usually works. I don’t think that’s right, I’m fighting for custody of my kid and paying $750 a visit, that makes me feel like more should have been done for my case ! My dealing with the office seemed like I was bothering them and the attorneys when all I had was questions and answers. I guess my biggest issue was I just felt like they didn’t care!!! Sorry for the negative review but that’s how I was made to feel!!!

Robert dapello is a amazing lawyer. He has helped my family when no other lawyer would. He has won case after case. This is a honest, confident lawyer. He is the type of lawyer Everyone should have. He will put your mind at ease, anytime you have a stressful law situation. He has always showed class. He is a scholar, a very smart man. I could say a lot of good things and go on and on. But seriously! He is a great lawyer! Amazing! I am a client for almost 10 years, used him for everything from small claims to criminal and family court.

This lawyer argued for me when no one else would and helped me and my kids get the money we needed to live.

THis lawyer advised me to file a motion, then did not advocate for me on that motion. He also seemed to forget he advised me to file this motion. He does not return phone calls, and is very abrupt when he does. He charged me for the motion and did not take the time to explain everything to me when it was over. I wasted a lot of money

Mr. Dapelo has handled several family court matters for me and he has been understanding of my family problems and caring for the welfare of my family. He is very informed about the law and uses his knowledge to help me and my family very much. Without his help the system would have been no help to me.

Bob handled a custody matter for me with an excellent outcome! He is very knowledgable and extremely aggressive. You'll never doubt that he has your best interests at heart. Bob is so easy to talk to and he'll always be honest no matter what. I would recommend Mr. Dapelo to anyone who wants a good outcome in thir case.

Mr. Dapelo is a man of action, dedication and fully vested in whatever situation his clients are in. He has a brillant mind who knows NY State Law and this knowledge will benefit you no matter what your leagal needs are. Mr. Dapelo is currently handling our purchase of a small business and we are extremy pleased with his expertise and professionalism.
