Dave jumped into action when I had a false criminal case slapped on me by my ex wife. He was judicious, painstaking with the details, informative and always assured me that things would only get better, not worse. And they did. Till the time he called me 5 months after the incident to confirm that the case had been dropped. Dave works meticulously and is a man of few words but he delivers! My experience with Mr Goldenstein was that he was extremely rude, fast-paced, and at no point strove to help me understand the process. I regret retaining the firms’ services immensely. as I recall, the only “compassion” I experienced throughout the process was from his assistant, who was immensely helpful and patient.
