Sam handled a difficult case that had a mix of contracts, property and zoning. The attorney I saw before Sam not only wanted more money but wasn’t confident about handling anything but the simple property issues. He wanted me to retain his friend to deal with the contract, and altogether it would have involved two lawyers and twice the cost. But Sam did it all, no surprises, no extra cost. I recommend him without reservation.
