Attacks on matters she not knowledgable on. Draws out litigation to make more money. Promises things she can not acheive.

Tina and Tim have both spent a lot of time on my case. They have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Not everyone can handle their honesty and approach, but they get stuff done. And they do it with expertise and passion for getting the job done. Excellent petition writing, filing, court appearance (virtual and in-person), thorough, and just a hardcore practice that works as a team and accomplishes a lot. Highly recommend for support orders, divorce, and custody cases.

I’ve used Tina in two custody situations and as my divorce lawyer over the span of ten years and in ever situation I couldn’t of gotten a better outcome. Currently I have full custody of all three of my children and my alimony was close to nothing. Everyone circumstances are different, but she will fight hard for you in any situation you throw at her. Appeared to not have the time or interest in the matter as I was seeking. Felt that she viewed custody matters as a whole instead of on an Individual basis . Was looking for a more compassionate person who took the time to answer phone calls personally and to guide through this unexpected time in my life. She appeared very knowledgeable but alittle too concerned with every minute of her time to be paid for. Appears to have an aversion in returning texts and calls.

She was patient and understanding to my needs. Very hard working and called me back within the day I called. She really went out of her way to help me through the process.

She won me sole legal and physical custody of my daughter when everyone else told me I had no chance. I was being alienated and it was killing me. Tina had a consult with me. $100 for 30 minutes is what is advertised. I got almost an hour as she listened to my troubles. She was flexible on where we could meet for this consult as well since her office would have been a long drive for me. I really appreciated that. Once she agreed that she could represent me, the retainer at that time was $2500 (it may have changed some since then) cash, check, or credit. Court was a long and painful battle, but Tina was there for me in and out of the courtroom. Her performance in the courtroom was wonderful. Be sure to provide her with all the details, typed up in a concise format, as she will run down the list with her questioning. Information both for yourself and against the mother. Her manner of questioning gets results and extracts truths. She was able to expose the purposeful alienation of me by my daughters mother to the judge because of this. All in all a top notch experience with an attorney who knows the ropes.
