In the beginning I thought she was great and gungho. After payment things slowed down, emails not answered, questions not explained and just not what I had expected. I will continue to use her throughout the divorce but I know in the end it will not be what I expected. Should have shopped around more.

After working with 3 different attorneys over the last 4 years through my divorce, custody and shared parenting time, Tina Bennet has provided the best and strongest offense and defense for my case. I WISH I HAD HER FROM THE START. She works above and beyond the typical, fighting against the unfair and unequal system, which fathers tend to have to settle for, in an antiquated family court system which still favors the mother, and not treated as equal. Others just handled my case as “this is what always happens, so don’t bother trying” even though they talked big in the office. My only complaint of any attorney is not getting back to me when I’m worried about something, usually since nothing can be done yet and just emotions, so why waste money. But… anytime I had something concrete and pressing, she was very responsive, and remembers my case from a year or more ago. I highly recommend her and her office above the others I’ve had and the 6+ attorneys I have interviewed over the years.

I was so nervous that I stopped by her office on an almost daily basis. Able to make me understand that it was a process so long as I stuck to the game plan and everything would get better. She told me upfront that this wouldn't be easy, it would be very emotional, but at the end of the day I would get through it although things would be much different in the end.
