Chris helped me finalize the sale of vacant land I advertised on Zillow without a Real Estate Agent. He allowed me to do as much of the leg work as I wanted to reduce my cost. Despite the protracted 4 month process, due to obstacles beyond our control, he was very prompt and patient will all my emails and phone calls.
