Mr. Malone has retired. I learned this on 12 February 2024. Not surprised as he created our wills in April 2002. I was hoping he was still practicing, but not surprised he is retired. Good for him.

Micheal gave a lot of information on what my rights are and how to handle my complaints.

I have used this firm several times and I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Everyone in this firm knows their business and helps you in a friendly and professional way. I will and have recommended them to anyone who is in need of the services they provide! Thank you one and all!

Great workshop on estate planning, I learned more about how to protect my wealth then I had ever learned before. I learned a will is certainly not enough to protect me my health and my family not to mention my wealth. Definitely need estate planning as Michael laid out in his presentation.

Mr. Robinson and his staff worked with my husband and I four years ago to set up a trust for our estate. We were carefully informed and guided about our options, and are very happy with the estate plan we have. My husband recently passed away, and Mr. Robinson and Danielle Discoll let me know exactly what needed to be taken care of, and handled all the details for me. They were always kind, kept me apprised of their progress along the way, and allowed me to greive without the added burden of the dozens of details that needed to be handled.

I listened to Michael Robinson's most recent zoom meeting. He was clear, direct with examples, generous with questions asked during the session. I expect a telephone call from his office asking whether I have more quesitons.

Have been a client since 2000, Michael has always been available to us with any questions we may have. We have enjoyed his seminars as he always brings new information which is very helpful.

We attended a Michael Robinson Trust seminar and were very impressed. We hired and completed a very through Estate plan and Trust. Mr. Robinson is an honest, hard working attorney who cares about his clients. His staff is quite excellent and just wonderful also. We are very satisfied, his webinars are terrific and we always learn more.

Mr. Malone told me that he had put me under hypnosis and that he would continue to suggest "bad things" for me if I did not choose him as my attorney. I thought it was a joke but he looked at me very serious. I left and chose another attorney. Now I am having bad headaches, nauseau and side effects from hypnosis. He has continued to bother me Not sure what to make of it. He told me that his wife "dabbled" in hypnosis. I would stay away. I wish that I had. Either way this guy is goofy and stay away. Notice the other review that says this guy is a sociopath.

Pros: We had Mike create a living trust for us in the late 90s. He also has updated it twice. We were very satisfied with the service he and his staff provided. He is very professional and up to date on estate law...he really knows his stuff! I have highly recommended him to a friend of mine. Cons: We went to his office approximately 5 years ago to have the trust updated a third time. The price he quoted us to do it was outrageous. It was over $2000! We couldn't figure out why the price was so high this time. All of our information was on file in the office and all that had to be done was to change a few names on a few of the forms. We declined to have him update the trust at that time as we were planning on moving out of NY within a few years and would have to update it again in our new state. We have since moved and found an estate lawyer in our new state who updated everything. Before getting a price from the new lawyer, we were expecting to pay somewhere in the range of $400-$500. After the new lawyer reviewed everything, his estimate was $150-$200. We were shocked when we received the bill for everything because it was only $90! While we are finding everything costs less here, the difference between these two identical services is unreal.
