I hired Joseph Mucia to represent me in a case in Superior court In NY. I live in New Jersey. I found him via a referral from Hyatt Legal services and I have to say I was pleased at the offices professionalism (Thank you Patricia) Being some 350 + miles away from their office we were able to send information back and forth via email. anytime he said he was going to call me he would make an appointment and was always prompt, courteous and on time. We finally met in my first scheduled hearing in October, there were two more scheduled court dates. Because of Joe's superior negotiating skills we settled out of court, I didn't have to travel back to E-town and I got what I wanted. Great Job Joseph!! Thank you so much!! Your the best!!

What a great law office! In particular they have a nice young man named Nick answering the phone and he is a pleasure to work with. All of my questions were answered correctly and in a timely manner!

Questionable representation of clients they know are filing frivolous lawsuits.

Evan F. Bracy initiated legal action against us which resulted in us almost losing our home on three separate occasions. I have contacted the Committee on Professional Standards about this experience. He initially contacted my family back in 2004 by sending us a letter stating that we have no "obligation" to his clients, and then represented them in several lawsuits against our family, forcing us to pay his clients tens of thousands of dollars.
