Contacted Dean May of 2016 for a pretty easy personal injury case, here we are nearly 8 years later and I still haven't seen my settlement. Dean and his associate that he hired because he couldn't handle the case himself talked me into signing a settlement and promising being payment within 30 days, is going on 60 since that. I want to recommend Dean or anybody he recommends if you are in need of proper litigation.

Knowledgeable, responsive, and professional describe the Law Offices of Dean C. Schneller. Dean provided a thorough review of a legal document for me in terms that I could understand! He even provided a simple “takeaway” statement as he knew I was facing a deadline. His willingness to communicate by email saved me time and the hassle of traveling to the office. I highly recommend Dean and will use his services again.

Positive experience with Dean Schneller! He assisted me with a real estate matter. There was some urgency, initially, and Dean jumped right in. Unlike other lawyers (in my experience) he was efficient and honorable. His rate was very fair! Absolutely recommend!

We used Schneller law for a real estate closing on a 3 season camp. Throughout the entire process Dean and Kim were great to work with. Unbeknownst to me, Dean's practice inherited my Mom's will when her attorney retired a few years, so I came to Dean without having ever met him or dealing with his practice. He made time for me during a very busy week (Thanksgiving) as I was only going to be in town for a couple of days. He guided me through everything when it came time to deal with her estate and clearly outlined my choices. In-person, on the phone, and by email, he made sure I understood my options and provided his guidance to help keep me safe from common pitfalls. Fast forward five months and it was time to sell my Mom's house; there was no one else I was going to let handle my affairs beside Dean. He engineered everything clearly so I could do what I needed to do from Ohio and the closing was lightning fast and went without a hitch. Everyone I dealt with at the office (Lynn and Kim) were exceptionally responsive, polite, and made me feel like I was the only person they were dealing with in the moment, something I've not always experienced with other attorneys.
