They told me an attorney would help me ended up playing phone tag for months an then someone finally contacts me literally days before the court date to tell me they only do legal advice over the phone but can’t appear in court rooms so total waste of time an wish someone told me from day one instead of the receptionist saying oh yes we can definitely help you an then months later oh no we can’t sorry we just give advice so now I have to go into a court room alone have no clue what I’m doing there definitely should be better places to turn to for poor people that are pro bono that are for single mothers who need help getting the other parent to pay support an alimony this place is a joke I don’t even recommend calling for legal advice all she said was to write everything down so I don’t forget ok big help thanks I didn’t even go to college to be an attorney an I can tell ppl that very bad service I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! An the person who claimed to be an attorney who finally called me back her name was Heidi an she was definitely not helpful at all.

I wasted 3 weeks waiting for Heidi to perform an assessment of the documentation that I provided. Not bothering to read the docs or even to consult with me at all, Heidi announced that they won't represent me at all. No communication, no consultation, no use.

Represented my step son in court, only had a few minutes to talk to him, and did a wonderful job representing him.

My son hired Mr. Gervais to defend him and we were both very satisfied with all he did. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a criminal defense attorney. He fought hard and really is genuinely compassionate about helping his clients out.
