Matt handled my purchase of a house in Westchester county. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the buying process and carefully answered every question my wife and I had. We were moving from the city, and had a lot of questions about some aspects of owning a house (tax structure, insurance etc). Matt and Michelle (the paralegal) were both very patient, pleasant and always responsive, and answered every question we had in a way that made everything simpler. The seller had some complexities with the title, and we were kept informed of the progress with frequent reports and with simply phrased explanations or questions whenever we needed to make a decision to move forward. We received scanned copies by email of new documents immediately as they came, which was great (I had worked with lawyers who still only think of mail and fax as options). In general, they were always available by email or by phone and were happy to communicate in whichever way we preferred, which was very convenient. Overall, it was an exceptionally pleasant experience and I very vocally recommend Matt as a real estate attorney.

My wife and I used Matt as our attorney in our real-estate purchase. We were first time buyers, and Matt and his staff made the process smooth and easy. They were always available to answer questions, calm, and understood the process extremely well. Also, he was very straight forward and fair with his price structure and there were no additional fees that came up (which is always nice to see when dealing with lawyers!).
